- To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the EDP ( Electronic Data Processing) Section and to be of service to computer users of all levels
- Responsible to control and accountability of all computerized systems both software and hardware of the hotel
- Responsible for the proper maintenance of Front Office, Point of Sales and Back Office Computers
- Perform audit with regard to standard screen wallpaper, antivirus, passwords and games
- Ensure that computer passwords are regularly changed
- Perform computer generated month end report and prepare other reports that may be required by management
- Perform the required back up regularly
- Maintain and inventory all hardware and software
- Keep all software and back up in the safe vault
- Perform the routine system set ups as may be required by software and or programs
- Attend to computer problems, both of software and hardware problems
- Train staff to operate specific EDP programs
- Make sure WIFI system & WINGS CARD run well
- Manage camera systems of whole resort & make sure them operate well.
- To safeguard computer hardware and software against loss and or damages due to gross negligencer

- Gender: male
- Age: 30 – 45
- Prior 2 years IT experience of same position
- IT Manager of Hospitality is an advantage
- Must be familiar with POS, ASA System, office automation and networking
- Must be understand English of Information Technology and communication
- IT Diploma is a must
