Mô tả công việc

- Manage the entire Bar team

- Ensure smooth and efficient production of the Bar at any time

- Have proper Bar set up as well as working station organization

- Keep excellent communication between Bar team and service team

- Full compliance with the MGallery Brand Standards.

- Have detailed training plan for Bar team (weekly/ monthly)

- Handle and follow up on any guests complains linked to beverage quality

- Follow hygiene and safety standard in the entire process of the drinks preparation

- Other tasks as assigned by Management

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 2 years of experience at the same position

- Fluent communication in English

- Good presentation

- Excellent leadership and training skills.
