- Our Client is a 4* International Chain Hotel with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B outlets in Northern Vietnam. - This role reports to General Manager and Area Director of Sales & Marketing. Job Description: - Assist the Area Director of Sales & Marketing on development and implementation of the annual marketing plan - Work closely with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and the corporate revenue team in formulating strategies to optimize sales and revenues - Organize and manage various sales initiatives and partnerships - Develop an effective sales plan of action for all segments of the marketing mix in cooperation with the heads of department in the hotel - Establish sales goals, both current and future, for all personnel carrying direct sales solicitation responsibilities - Supervise office associates and implement sales procedures to ensure proper and prompt handling of all correspondence, maintenance of files and follow through with the worldwide sales offices - Prepare monthly and semiannual forecasts - Develop an annual training plan for all Sales & Marketing associates - Chair weekly sales meetings - Complete visibility study to develop new feeder markets - Hold daily sales & marketing briefings - Conduct periodic rap sessions - with sales & marketing associates and company executive bodies

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or similar - Able to develop and implement successful sales strategies - Minimum 3 year-experience in similar position in hospitality - Excellent communication and tactical skill Familiar with Marketing Strategy, Marketing Plan and Yield Management - Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments - Excellent English both spoken and written - Active person with outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong leadership, team player, able to work under high pressure - Strong understanding of the hospitality market in Vietnam - Strong Corporate market experience - Goal orientated, self-driven and capable of developing emerging markets - Please note that this position is available for Vietnamese nationals only.
