JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Sales Targets • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives. • Assist Membership Consultant in preparation of proposals and presentations. • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. 2. Lead generation and Brand Ambassador • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. • Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 3. Team building and development • Conducts one-on-one review with all Membership Consultants to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of membership consultant’s sales and activity performance. • Responsible for the performance and development of the Membership Consultant. • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. • Recruit, test and hire Membership Consultant based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. 4. System policy management • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. • Proper use of software and internal sales systems including all follow up systems and sales policies, pricing policies. • Daily update calls / appointment in FCM system • Utilize all tools such as daily planners issued by Sales Director 5. Job performance expectation (KPI): • Consistently reach monthly sales quota • Follow through with the sales team: quota, enquiry, calls … • Effectively manage and deliver service to Club members • Strongly foster innovation, new idea and initiative among Sales team • Efficiently supervise and train subordinate

Yêu cầu công việc

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management. • Required skills: knowledgeable Extensive knowledge of fitness, health and nutrition, Customer service, sales • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably 2-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Sales. • Strong understanding of customer dynamics and requirements. • With background in Sales and Marketing. • 1 Full time position available. • Fluent in both written and verbal Vietnamese and English
