Mô tả công việc

- Prospect for potential new guests and turn this into increased business. - Sales call, hunting corporate business and invite clients to hotel for the inspection - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network. - Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. - Research and build relationships with new clients. - Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns - Work with staff in other departments in hotels to meet customer needs. - Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Yêu cầu công việc

- BA or MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management or other related majors; - Must have at least 2 years of experience in same position in 3-star upwards hotels or resorts or relevant travel industry reservations/sales - Excellent in both English writing and speaking (Other languages are advantage). - Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS - Relevant travel industry reservations/sales/operations/marketing experience - Able to work under high pressure and overtime; - Good communication and administration skill - Management and organization skills, detailed-oriented - Strong sales skill - Persuasive skill - Good relationship with Travel Agents/Corporate - Good database of guests is preferable - Characteristics: Pleasant, positive attitude, open-minded
