Mô tả công việc

- Ensures the smooth daily operation of the Spa.
- Carries out duty at the Spa reception and ensures that adequate reception cover is always maintained to service guests as necessary.
- Schedules treatments and staff as per operational and guest's needs.
- Takes responsibility for setting up displays and the up selling of treatments, retail products and beverages.
- Ensures that all treatments are taking place as scheduled.
- Works in close co-operation with the Spa Attendants to ensure that all areas, including reception, treatment rooms and storage, are kept organized, clean and tidy.
- Makes suggestions for improvements in all areas.
- Ensures that all service standards are strictly met.
- Personally handles all guest complaints and if necessary consults with the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position.
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer literate.
- Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance.
- Able to cope with pressure.
- Has good knowledge on Spa Treatments & Products.
