Mô tả công việc

- Clean and maintain guest room, corridor and control linen as a hotel’s standard and procedures. - Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met

- Reports damage in hotel rooms to Supervisor and maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair.

- Maintain room daily checklist.

- Reports guest complaint to Supervisor immediately.

- Check Minibar and replenish minibar items in the room if guest consumed.

- Attends training and meeting a session as required.
