SCOPE Under the direction of the F&B to manage all aspects of the up/selling all food and beverage outlets and guest database/information management PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing account: • Proactively source outside sales opportunities by soliciting local businesses through cold calling and personal visits to potential clients to increase food and beverage sales. • Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities. • Prepare and implement a restaurant marketing budget and plan. Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure the restaurant stays ahead in the local market • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the restaurant and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. • Meet and greet clients, conduct property tours, and promote facilities and services. • Assist in menu planning, preparation, and pricing. • Type contacts, menus, letters and reports. • Set up and maintain function files. • Attend Food and Beverage meetings, BEO Meetings and an occasional Staff Meeting. • Responsible for coordination with catering service personnel, the kitchen and accounting. Audit client checks to ensure accuracy. • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co-workers, and management. • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. • Employees must, at all times, be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees. • Lead by example in areas of correct verbiage and proactive hospitality skills. • Ensure understanding, compliance and leading by example in accordance to the Sanctuary Commitments. • Participate in Public Relations events as needed. • Perform additional duties as requested by the Director of Food & Beverage.

- At least 02 years of working experience in the same position in 4-5 star hotel/ service industry. - Fluent in English - Customer service oriented - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill - Good planning, organizing and co-ordination - Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
