1. To take fully responsibility in restaurant financial areas including revenue, covers, sales growth, cost management and profit growth as approved annual budget. 2. To achieve budget with creative sales, marketing strategies & promotions ideas with Marketing team, Chef and Management. 3. Develop and maintain the Customer Relationship Management activities and enhance customer relationship in long run. 4. Be responsible for implementing service standard, SOPs, service work flow and everything associated with service and employee management of the front of the house. 5. Manage the team to deliver an excellence customer service to the Guest. 6. Be responsible for the cost control and hygiene management of the restaurant set by the Management. 7. Provide training to The Employee and lead the team to achieve approved goals & total guests’ satisfaction. 8. Maintain high visibility during service and occupancy in order to ensure smooth running of operations, promote good public relations, take corrective actions and handle guests' complaints to ensure their satisfaction. 9. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by District 1 Outlets Management.

• Working Place: Kissho Japanese Restaurant - 14 Nguyen Hue Blvd, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist 1, HCMC Education • Education: Degree in F&B management, College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Related Work Experience • Minimum of 05 years relevant working experience with at least 03 years’ experience in fine dining Japanese restaurant as a Restaurant Manager. • Good understanding in menu engineering, F&B cost management, merchandising, maintenance and financial area. • Open minded, self-motivated and service-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal & management skills • Good command of written and spoken English, conversational Japanese is highly preferred • Presentation & training skill. Others • 30-40 years old, Male. • Able to work split shift.
