Join us as Executive Houskeeper and be part of The most exciting resort opening. With our strong focus on health and wellbeing concept, Xanh Villas Resorts and Spa inspires guests and all employees to live healthier lives. With your background as a Executive Housekeeper in the international hospitality industry and pre-opening experience, you will be instrumental in the successful opening of Xanh Villas Resort and Spa by:
• Set up the norms and procedures of his department during pre-opening period according to the specifications of the hotel; ensure that these norms and procedures are followed through.
• Control and apply strictly all safety and hygiene policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel.
• Control the hygiene and cleanliness of his work area, equipment and material.
• Check that tasks are accomplished accurately by the staff.
• Prepare all the necessary documents for the day to day operation and assign the tasks to his subordinates
• Prepare the schedule of the staff.
• Handle and solve special requests and complaints.
• Supervise the work of his subordinates.
• Control the expenses of his department and maintain them as low as possible.
• Delegate tasks to his subordinates to prepare them for bigger responsibility..
• Control and ensure the follow up of the in-house controlling system on room assignments, rooms check in, check out in order to instruct his department.
• Check operational documents Housekeeping logbook, arrival and departure lists.
• Check the department expenses with the Chief Accounting.
• Organize periodical meetings for all HSK.
• Check the list of guestroom assignment for the next day.
• Consolidate the policy and procedures of his department and ensure their application.
• Update the job description of his department.
• Ensure that the statistics data concerning the daily operations of the HSK Office are correctly recorded.
• Recruit the staff. Handle disciplinary actions.
• Develop training and development plans for his staff; implement and evaluate these plans.
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
• Lost & found follow up.
• Follow up “ On the job training”.

- There are at least 2 experience years in a similar position
- Strong teamwork and able to work with various departments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Good performance management skills
- Preferably with Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management
