Mô tả công việc

• Actively pursue and maintain a close relationship with all relevant internal and external clients. Develop relationships with all levels from the consultants through to supervisors and managers.
• Drive the on-going maintenance of the sales management system:
o Key Account Management Program.
o Computerized Account Data Base – (when instigated).
• Monitor market activity and carry out ongoing research to establish future marketing opportunities..
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with sales account mangers to ensure all sales account management strategies are being implemented.
• Create a proactive Sales and Marketing tactical plan, in line with budget expectations, and implement and monitor.
• Ensure all enquires are responded to within 24 hours, e.g. requests made by tour operators, airlines, travel agents, corporate clients.
• Participate in sales strategy meetings as required.
• Undertake market research to enable specific targeting of market segments.
• Undertake initiatives such as Mail outs, promotional activities, representation of Hotel at local membership enterprises and functions, site inspections to immediate market segments.
• Participate in international and country sales trips as required.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting in accordance with Sales & Marketing procedures to ensure department goals and objectives are met.
• Develop ideas in conjunction with Department Heads to maximize sales from all areas of the Hotel.
• Recommend attendance at national or regional tradeshows or promotions. Undertake tradeshows as appropriate.
• Oversee the maintenance of an accurate database of all key contacts.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least two years experience handling all Sales and Marketing department in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a computer based, multi-task environment.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding financial related questions.

- Must be familiar with laws, regulations and generally accepted Sales and Marketing principles within the country.
- Travel to Xanh Villas Resort & Spa, at least once a week and during the event day.
