Mô tả công việc

- Carefully check duty roster schedules, implement all the duties assigned and strictly follow the instructions of supervisors and head of the department.

- Ensure safety and security in the entrance area for guests, associates, provide guidance and instructions for suppliers, maintenance workers and potential customers.

- Perform physical check on personnel, goods, and vehicles in and out of the company to hedge against loss of properties of the hotel, associates and customers.

- Respond immediately to a fire alarm, bomb alert or hold-up alarm, following detailed procedures in department SOPs.

- Handle and resolve all guest inquiries and complaints in an efficient manner under the instructions of supervisors and head of department.

- Check and remind all hotel associates to implement the hotel’s policies and regulations including using the fingerprint machine to record time cares.

- Timely detect and prevent those who commit violations of security and safety and trespassing. Promptly report to supervisors to monitor and handle such situations accordingly.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Honest, hard-working, friendly and hospitable

• Able to work in shifts, night shifts

• Basic English speaking

• Good communication skills with guests and associates

• High school diploma

• Previous experience in hotel security and/ or security training would be an advantage.
