• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs
• Be responsible for answering calls in order, recording the guest request and then pursuing the issue to a resolution 
• Exhibit courteous hospitality at all times, fully own each guest issue and follow up with the guest to ensure satisfaction with the result Be proactive in every area including offering additional services

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Excellent communication skills 
• Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing personalized customers and personal services
• Able to develop and maintain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs. 
• Able to use Microsoft Office software and Internet browsers
• Creative, well organized, able to work in shifts/night shifts and under high pressure
• Working experience at an international hotel in the same capacity
