i1. 1. Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

2. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success

3. Prepare budgets and ensure adherence

4. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

5. Coordinate all operations, especially Chef and  Food & Beverages Director

6. Lead promotional activities for the event

7. Approve all aspects before the day of the event

8. Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur

9. Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

10. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with agency, clients, suppliers and media contacts

11. Liaising with suppliers and agencies to deliver projects on time and on budget

12. Performing competitive analysis and post campaign analysis

13. Identifying relevant new technologies and examples of other innovative campaigns

14. Searches for opportunities to be creative, grow and improve the business

15. Provides coaching and mentoring to market teams. Assists in setting organizational and personal goals and provides support in achieving them. Ensures all new hires are properly on-boarded after hire, including appropriate training. Partners with the Human Resources Department when needed to work through challenging conflicts.

16. Ensures market teams are highly competent in delivering hospitality capabilities. Establishes personal credibility with the team by setting the example for aligning actions with company values. Provides the support and strategy to team to continually increase sales and improve customer service.

17. Identifying potential client issues and working with the General Manager to develop solutions

18. Supports Recruitment, screening, placement and retention of assigned employees

19. Supervise all staff 

20. Attending all company meetings
