Mô tả công việc

- Delivers beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.

- Manage and maintains daily and monthly inventory.

- Prepares daily requisition and stock are properly replenish accordingly.

- Prepares for service by ensuring outlet area and equipments are clean and sorted all the time.

- Ensure food orders are taken quickly and processed accurately.

- Carries out effective beverage service by ensuring beverages are up-sold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations

- Converse with Guests about wine, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine.

- Promote, make, present and sell cocktails, coffee and tea to guests.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred

- Basic English
