Mô tả công việc

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments.
• Act as the hotel’s management representative on duty, handling guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise Front Office operations, monitor service standards, room allocation, VIP room inspections and team performance.
• Ensure effective communication, accurate shift handovers, incident reporting and timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Monitor hotel safety, security, emergency procedures, compliance with hotel policies and operating standards.
• Support revenue management activities, including room upselling targets, rebates, paid-outs and revenue-related follow-ups.
• Supervise staff grooming, attendance, discipline, service performance while fostering teamwork and a positive working environment.
• Conduct regular hotel inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety and operational standards are consistently maintained.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have experiences in a similar position in 5 star luxury international hotel brand in Vietnam;
• A degree or diploma in hospitality is advantageous;
• Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill, customer service oriented;
• Excellent oral and written communication in English;
• Opera Hotel system skill is a must;
• Be able to work on nightshift.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times;
• Candidates who are based in Vietnam only.
