Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment: (80%)
- Supervise and give advices to Junior Recruiter to prepare: draw up job profile, preparing job adverts, liaise with agencies and follow up, arrange recruitment adverts on website, newspaper or other media means.
- Training and supervise Junior Recruiter in: collecting and screening applications via phone, organizing tests and interview for short-listed candidates;
- Conduct preliminary interviews directly before recommending for departments;
- Arrange last-round interviews schedule for department managers or director;
- Negotiate salary range with successful candidates;
- Inform applicants of job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits, and promotional opportunities;
- Prepare and send (by email on HR Software) Thank you letter to unsuccessful candidates within 2 weeks from the date of interview results;
- Make payment to recruitment services
- Inform to relevant departments before new employees start working in Easia Travel as soon as the Probationary contract is signed by the employees
- Update candidate’s information in HR software
- Timely complete recruitment schedule and plan;
- Update Recruitment report as request of HR Manager/Director/BOM;
- Ensure the quality of candidates being recruited to meet company’s standards.
- Build up and maintain relationship with recruitment partners and universities
- Prepare and participate in job exhibitions

2. Others (20%):
- Closely co-operate with HR manager to do some HR policies/projects such as Overview benefits, Employee Assessment .etc.
- Support team in organizing events of company such as Year end party, Autumn Festival, Children day, Women day .etc.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager from time to time.

Job Requirement
The following characteristics are beneficial but not required, the most important is that you are able to adapt to our company philosophy and that you are willing to actively participate in the missions you will be in charge of.
- Vietnamese;
- Excellent English skills is a must;
- BA or MBA in human resources management, business administration or English or other related majors
- At least 6 years in HR field with minimum 5 years or more in recruitment
- Strong communication, time management, interview and negotiation skills.
- Can work independently or under high pressure.
- Good at MS office knowledge (PC and Microsoft Software)
- Flexible & open minded honest, friendly, dynamic
- Motivation and energy to perform well and accomplish goals
