Mô tả công việc

_ Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits

_ Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

_ Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.

_ Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.

_ Greet customers entering establishments.

_ Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.

_ Sell tickets and other items to customers.

_Process merchandise returns and exchanges.

_ Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties, such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans.

_Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves and items.

_Request information or assistance using paging systems.

_Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

_Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.

_Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.

_Assist with duties in other areas of the store, such as monitoring fitting rooms or bagging and carrying out customers' items.

_Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.

_Supervise others and provide on-the-job training

_Bag, box, wrap, or gift-wrap merchandise, and prepare packages for shipment.

_Compute and record totals of transactions.

_Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records. _Post charges against guests' or patients' accounts.

_Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions.

_Weigh items sold by weight to determine prices.

_Issue trading stamps and redeem food stamps and coupons.

_Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.

_Cash checks for customers.

_Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks.

Yêu cầu công việc

_ Relevant Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Hospitality.

_1-2 experience in similar job scope in 3-5 star hotel/resort

_Be able to work independently and under stress

_Understanding hospitality market including customer segmentation, distribution system.

_Excellence in time-management skill.

_Communication skills : Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

_Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written).
