- Assisting administrative functions in the Human Resources Department. - Administering, controlling and updating all department files and records. - Providing personnel information and administrative procedures as requested. - Following up recruiting’s procedure. - Posting vacancies on recruitment pages. - Coordinating in organizing some events. - Coordinating with schools or institution regarding students visit to the hotel. - Assisting the Human Resources Department in preparing training materials and handouts. - Assisting the Human Resources Department in the induction of new staff from time to time. - Assisting the Human Resources Department in coordinating with Department Head’s or Outlet Head’s regarding training activities. - Undertaking any assignment that may be given by Human Resources Department from time to time.

- Can intern at least 3 months - Enthusiasm, ready for learning - Working in hard pressure, ability to multitask - Good organizational and office skills - Fluent in English language
