Mô tả công việc

You will be dynamic and efficient to handle recruitment & employee engagement activities and support for the working Ambassadors with 4 functions:

• Recruitment & Selection: support on interviews and onboarding process
• Employee Relations Activities: assist in the planning and implementation of hotel events such as Hotel Outing, Christmas, Year-end Party, Best Ambassadors Award, and Birthday Celebration
• Administrations: assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Compensation & Benefits

Yêu cầu công việc

• Qualifications: Final-year students or fresh graduates majored in Hospitality Management/ Business Administration/ Human Resources Management from Universities and Colleges
• Customer-oriented & willing-to-learn
• Good written & verbal communication
• Multi-tasking and organisation skills
• Language: good English (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading) is a must
• Computer Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), design tools (Canva, Powerpoint) and online survey tools (Google Forms) are needed
• Experience in Human Resources Activities is a plus
