Mô tả công việc

- To supervise the Housekeeping operation and cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors, ensuring that the highest standard are maintained in the room set up and assist the guest with general enquiries.
- To attend guest needs, request, reference & complaints to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and takes corrective action for any problems identified.
- To inspect guest rooms and all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis, to ensure furniture, facilities and equipments are clean, well maintained and replace the furniture when necessary.
- To perform equipment control and maintenance which includes preventative maintenance, repair and inspection of spare parts.
- To coordinate and monitor adequate stock of guest amenities, stationery and cleaning supplies inventory in respective floors to avoid shortages. Conducts inventory of linen and guest room supplies.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s)is an advantage).
