FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs): Create and serve a consistently amazing product to members whilst also pushing to exceed monthly revenue targets by: - Being responsible for leading an innovative and dynamic juice bar team who provide consistent high quality products to members. Facilitate a creative and effective training and development program. - Achieve 5 star facility standards and customer care for the juice bars by conducting timely and thorough audits. - Achieve company sales targets by offering high quality beverages and service and plan and roll out effective sales promotions. REPORTS TO: Executive Vice President of Operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES& CRITICAL DRIVERS: 30% Team Development 1) Recruitment: Implements ‘Top Grading’ procedures to ensure ‘A Players’ are successfully added to the team. 2) Training & Development: Oversee a comprehensive training program across the department which facilitates team growth. Ensures all new staff receive a 26 week on boarding plan. 3) Succession Planning: Ensures an effective succession plan is in place to accommodate the growth of the team. Works with the management team to keep the succession plans current. 60% Operations& Sales 1) Sales Targets: Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets through coaching and support. Keep the team motivated to reach higher targets each month. 2) Marketing: Work with the marketing team to create and roll out sales promotions and campaigns. Ensure company standards regarding marketing material are adhered to. 3) Inventory Control: Develop and monitor an effective inventory control system to minimize loss and ensure all menu items are consistently available for members. Ensure end of month inventory checks are completed. 4) Cost Control: Oversee a tight control procedure to control operating costs which allows problems to be highlighted and actioned quickly. Ensure monthly costs are within budget. 10% Facilities Management 1) Club Audits: Ensure all clubs conduct audits at least twice per month and follow up problem areas swiftly. 2) Hygiene Control: Directs the team to follow the company hygiene standards. Ensure immediate follow up for areas which do not meet the standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS: - 3years of relevant working experience in hospitality (management experience in bars, cafes, juice bars is an advantage) - Excellent spoken and written English is essential - Good computer skills - Passionate about developing and mentoring a young team - Understanding of and enjoyment from delivering customer service - A desire to learn and grow personally and professionally - Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles - Results driven character
