What will you do? - Develop and manage the Online Sales whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns; - Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority; - Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels; - Be responsible to target, develop and grow local and overseas special corporate accounts as well as solicit MICE corporate group business; - Seek new accounts and develop new sources of business; - Represent the resort at relevant association and business networking events; - Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market area through direct sales solicitation, telephone, email contact and written communication. Where is your working location? Sales Office in HCMC - 1st Floor, GMA Building, 307/6 Nguyen Van Troi Street, Ward 1, Tan Binh District, HCMC

What is your qualification? - Graduated University in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related fields; - 1-2 years of experience in a similar position for an international four or five star hotel/resort is required; - Understanding of TO contracting seasons and general practice; - Pro-active personality required (must be a self-starter capable of thinking and planning forward when the workflow/time allows it); - Ability to work multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail; - Ability to work efficiently under constant work pressure; - Good verbal and written communication skills in English; - Existing relationship with local travel agents is a plus.
