- To be in charge of doing sales work for office leasing, developing and maintaining leasing strategies to meet agreed company objectives. - The leasing manager is to accomplish business development activities by doing sales work for office leasing; researching leasing opportunities and developing leasing plans; implementing sales plans to ensure monthly, quarterly, annual sales target. - Office leasing market analysis, including: identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors’ share, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. - Office leasing activities, including: developing, managing and executing office leasing plans. - Managing office leasing contracts. - Managing tenants, negotiating with tenants on leasing terms and contracts. - Preparing to operate office leasing sector. - Preparing facility and promotion for office leasing. - Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all office leasing marketing activities and results. - Planning, implementing & managing leasing activities effectively to fulfill monthly. quarterly, annual sales target. - Other tasks assigned by General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.- 3 to 5 years working experience in office leasing marketing sector. - Working experience in the international environment. - Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese. - Good health condition, ability to work under high pressure and self-motivation. - Teamwork, leadership, time management skills. - Service orientation - Customer service-minded. - Experience of office leasing in 5-star buildings in Hanoi is preferred.
