Mô tả công việc

1. Ensures that all Bell staff performs duties in accordance with hotel policy.

2. Conducts regular briefing meetings with all Bell staff to inform of special events and the arrival of VIP or large group.

3. Monitors performance of Bell staff to ensure the highest standard of service for guest satisfaction.

4. Ensures Bell staffs are courteous and prompt with services to guests.

5. Assist with performance appraisals of Bell staff and prepares guidelines and time frames for improvement.

6. Identifies training needs, compiles and approves training materials and programs in coordination with the Front Office Manager.

7. Trains and motivates staff in coordination with the Training Department to achieve the highest standard of service and guest

satisfaction.

8. Participates in the daily briefing with other managers in the Front Office department.

9. Participate in all staff and training meetings when directed by the Front Office Manager.

10. Prepares weekly staff rosters ensuring that sufficient staff is available to handle expected busy periods and

minimizing overtime payment.

11. Instructs staff of all Resort's events, facilities and services and ensures they can provide this information to guests.

12. Promotes the sale of all hotel services and facilities to guests.

13. Assists team with the handling of guest complaints which ensure guest satisfaction.

14. Supervises the proper maintenance and cleanliness of all operating equipment.

15. Ensures guest luggage, letters, faxes and messages are delivered and collected as required

16. Ensures the Front Office Operation is under control in night time.

17. Liaises daily with Front Office Management to determine operational requirements for each shift.

18. Provides current information about hotel facilities, services and special events to Porters and Drivers and ensures they can make

recommendations to guests about all l services.

19. Provides current information of tourist attractions, restaurants, entertainment facilities and current events in the local area to all Bell

staff and ensures they can make recommendations to guests.

20. Maintains and provides Bell staff with current information on emergency procedures relating to fire, theft, accident, medical

emergency and other threats to Resort and guest security.

21. Provides assistance to guests in all hotel emergency evacuation and medical procedures.

22. Ensures high standards of personal appearance and hygiene with clean and pressed uniform and name badge as described in the staff

handbook for all Porters.

23. Supervises a high standard of hygiene and sanitation throughout all service areas.

24. Reports any potential health or safety hazards promptly to the Front Office Manager.

25. Performs any other duties when directed by the Front Office Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

•  Good at English language.
•  Good communication skill.
• Have Drive Buggy skill
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated.
• Hard working, able to work under immense pressure and in a very fast paced working environment.
• Good health, mature and pleasant personality and very neat appearance.
• At least 2 years experience as the relevant position at 5 star international hotel.
