Mô tả công việc

• Provide a summary of the ageing report required by various people in the Accounting and Control Division to prepare monthly reports.

• Provide Sales & Marketing staff and Heads of Departments with information necessary for them to manage their customers.

• To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits posted to the individual accounts.

• To ensure that the posting of invoices and settlements are up-to-date and that payments are correctly aged.

• To ensure the room rate charged to travel agents are in accordance with the contract (if applicable).

• To ensure the group billings are complete as per contract.

• To prepare with proper supporting documents and forward to the Director of Finance for review

• To process invoices/folios promptly and to render interim and monthly statements and follow up reminders on a timely basis.

• To monitor and to maintain support of all advance deposits and to balance them to the general ledger at month-end.

• To ensure all documents related to the section including the Sales and Office Rental contracts (if applicable), group orders and

amendments, are properly filed for reference.

• To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Accounting & Finance Division or any other

Department of the hotel as assigned.

• To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department as per established standards for that Department.

• Collate all necessary paperwork to justify credit card refunds and obtain sign off from the management before refunds can be processed

• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 01 years experiences in a similar role at international hotels
• Previous experience in a high-volume credit control function in a hotel environment
• Able to handle multi-national team;
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• High organization skill; highly motivated; focus on training and developing staff member;
• Good administration skill
• Effective negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate firmly and clearly with the internal and external customers
