Mô tả công việc

- Manage all stocks put under his/her responsibility.
- Ensures the resort’s inventories are properly safeguarded and protected against any kind of loss.
- Ensures that all stock movements are accounted for and are in compliance with resort’s policy.
- Issues and re-orders stock and to ensure that no goods leave the storeroom without a proper authorized store requisition.
- Conducts routine physical inventory checks.
- Prevents loss, spoilage and breakage by careful monitoring of the expiry date of perishable items, monitoring the slow moving items and keeping the store clean and tidy at all times
- Prepares the Receiving Record, the Receiving Report and the Daily Summary Receiving Report as well as Slow Moving Item Report and any other reports as required by Resort Management.
- Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 1 year experience in storekeeper position.
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field
- Has good knowledge of resort operation, knowledge of food, beverage and other kind of products.
- Customer focus, good organization, and team work.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
