Mô tả công việc

To monitor the Front Office Assistants to ensure guests receive prompt;
To supervise the Front Office Assistants to ensure the smooth operation of the Registration, information as well as Cashiering;
To be responsible for the assignment and blocking of rooms for arriving guests particularly regular guests, special attention guests and groups. To ensure that all their requests are met;
To be very responsible for training the new Front Office Assistant;
To maintain appropriate standards of conduct, hygiene, uniform,appearance and posture of the Front Office Assistant;
To conduct shift briefing at the start of each shift or whenever appropriate;
To ensure all guests are welcome to the hotel in a friendly manner and registered in accordance with the Hotel standards and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Native Vietnamese, good English.
1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
