Daily

1. Approve the PR and create the PO send to FB supplier for food delivery on the following day.

2. Control PR/ PO usage number (pre-printed form)

3. Compliance to FAL and SOP of Procurement Procedure (3 quotation for items above 200 USD)

4. Follow up the PR/PO that must be approved before received the goods and invoice

5. Review the supplier contract before submitted to property head for signature.

6. Follow up with supplier to ensure the PO has been accepted and delivered on time by selected vendor.

Monthly

1. Organize the invitation FB tender for the quotation of the following month. Ensure compliance with tender procedure

2. Prepare the market list for FBD approval before send to supplier.

3. Update the new price into the system. The new quote must be approved by Property Head before end of the month

4. Monthly review and close the outstanding of PR/PO in the system.

7. Maintain master vendor contract by quarterly for reporting to Department head

8. Market survey half year

9. Review the FB vendor list in the system.

10. Training the subordinate staff

11. Others task will be assigned by HOD
