Mô tả công việc

- Establish and maintain an accurate filing system.
- Co-ordinate day to day operations with the respected sales persons with respective job tasks
- Assist in the preparation of all proposals, contracts and related correspondence and other administration tasks relating to the sales function.
- Assist in updating all database and Sales systems such as: Delphi, Team Hot, Kam, SPP, SPG and Star Choice, StarCite according to Starwood Standards and as per direction.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales call, entertainment, sales trips and the completion of order forms for flowers, cookies, wines, greeting cards or as directed.
- Assist in the preparation of sales kits, brochures, sales related collateral and give-always and gifts for sales persons.
- Assist in conducting site inspections for clients or meeting with client on behalf of the Sales person when directed or when the Sales person is not in the office.
- Apply problem solving within premise area
- Be able to answer basic enquiries.
- Ensure the office is clear and well organized at all times.
- Embrace and use the Sheraton Core Values, Warm, Comforting and Connections when communicating with internal and external customers.
- Willing to take additional duties and work assignment by the Department Head and Hotel Management
- Coordinate with internal departments on Special arrangements for groups, in particular Reservations, Front Office, F&B and Finance.
- Assist to complete and issue group instructions as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College graduate and above, preferably with major in Hospitality management
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Good organizational & time management skills
- Skillful use of internet and other major computer programs
