Thông tin cơ bản

Mô tả công việc

• Ensure the fitness centre is clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
• Assist guests with the proper use of fitness equipment and provide general workout guidance when required.
• Monitor the fitness area to ensure guest safety and compliance with facility rules.
• Check that all equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide guests with amenities such as towels, water, and other necessary supplies.
• Support fitness classes and wellness programs by assisting instructors and preparing the facility.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Work closely with the Fitness Supervisor and Fitness Manager to deliver an exceptional wellness experience for hotel guests.
