Mô tả công việc

- Business/Sales development, preservation, operation and direct marketing
- Responsible for taking care of based accounts. Intense contact with client and suppliers of Hotel on the spot with defined target
- Maintain the business relation to existing clients on a regular basis via sales calls, updates etc.
- Create sales statistics to determine client performance and booking patterns and take action accordingly
- Contributing with Sales/marketing ideas to promote the company products in the market
- Support head office in the handling booking requests for FIT/GIT/charter from international and national partners
- Make quotations / proposal
- Support sales and marketing with assigned tasks (report, data base, client feedback, newsletter, web, etc)
- Respond to all guests’ feedback and update S&M Department on weekly basis.
- Taking care of complaints from passengers and clients and investigate each case in order to prepare decision making reports to management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar position preferably in the hospitality business.
- Proficiency in English and computer literate.
- Able to work under pressure.
