Mô tả công việc

• Check Villas Arrivals and make sure all amenities are full set up, ensuring full attention to details.
• Liaise with Housekeeping & Engineering Department to ensure room image is maintained and the "Room Ready on Arrival" policy is adhered to.
• Be friendly and cooperative with other departments in achieving the common goal.
• Welcome VIPs, perform guests’ relation duties, and obtain comments and feedback.
• Ensure Furama Villas VIP members, repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition.
• Daily check satisfaction of all guests staying at the Villas.
• Cooperate with other team members to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Advise FVM/AVM & FO on Villas Assignments.
• Assist to resolve guest’s complaints and act accordingly to ensure full recovery and guest’s satisfaction.
• Take personal responsibility for correcting customer service problems and work well under pressure.
• Take guidance from superiors on daily operation and work activities of the department areas.
• Perform daily – walk through inspections.
• Inspect frequently for cleanliness and orderliness at Furama Villas area.
• Perform check-in and out procedures.
• Check & answer emails in a timely manner.
• Key in profile notes.
• Up selling & cross selling.
• Perform other duties as required by VM/AFVM/ Head Butler / Butler Supervisor.
