• All duties and responsibilities as a GM/DOSM
• Recruit & training all management – leaders
• Great knowledge of Sales & Marketing
• Ensure services standards in place at all time
• Remain high role models & professional image
• Encourage staff to be innovative, challenging & recognizing
• Handle all guest complaints, requests & employee complaints
• Monitor closely daily operation of all departments concerned
• Ensure the high quality of guest services & guest satisfaction
• Ensure high team spirit & team work at all time
• Ensure all VIPs & LT met on arrival, departure
• Monitor the operation cost & profit
• Chair the yield & revenue weekly meeting
• Ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient and smooth operations & communication between depts and staff satisfaction
• Ensure the benefits vs duties of all staff
• Organizing team building & staff activities
• Respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services
• Ensure good relationship with owner/ Rep
• Report weekly, monthly, yearly to owner Rep
• Do the yearly business plan & review with owner Rep
• Monitor the budget vs. forecast vs. actual regularly
• Build & remain networks with corporate companies, expat communities
• Regularly participate city events, corp. events

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management or other related field
• Minimum of 2-year management experience in 5 or 4 stars-hotel or residence background
• Minimum of 2-year experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in Property Management System is required
• Computer knowledge and experience in MS office programs
• Good command of English
• Good social skill
• Good time management
• Good outlook
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
