Key Responsibility 1: Supervise and coordinate daily operations in all Spa areas.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Monthly P&L
- Monthly client checkin
- Staff Headcounts
Key Responsibility 2: To achieve sales objectives of the club and to supervise a team of sales consultants. Need to have the ability to manage multiple projects with high level of organizational skill and efficiency.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- Number of spa appointments daily
- Monthly revenues
- Being able to provide monthly or weekly strategic plan for achieving targets
Key Responsibility 3: To manage and train department staff members to ensure excellent customer services.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- Feedback from client
- Daily or weekly training programs to enhance service qualities
- Being able to follow company’s direction and adapt our mission statements
Key Responsibility 4: To manage facilities in the club
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- Monthly audit and create own dashboards to monitor improvement needed areas
- Weekly meeting with superior to provide suggestions for better services and member experience
- Being able to provide updated information about Spa industry and implement new ideas to the team and company
Key Responsibility 5: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all departments.

Yêu cầu công việc
- A minimum of 5 years experience in retail store, beauty salon, or hotel management
- Have 3-5 years experience in sales related background
- Aggressive with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills
