Mô tả công việc

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Formulates and implements operational procedures of the Front Office Department;

- Provide daily morning report on actual room occupancy, arrivals, departures, room revenue and forecast on the anticipated room occupancy;

- Prepare monthly and yearly Front Office budgets based on statistics of previous years, industry and economic trends, estimates of operating expenses and other pertinent data; coordinates with Director of Sales and others;

- Co-ordinates with Housekeeping, Accounting and other departments concerned in handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints regarding accommodation, service and billing;

- Ensure that the investigation of irregularities and undesirable guests and the checking of room occupancy discrepancies are properly conducted;

- Liaise with the Sales Department with regard to long term guests and VIP clients;

- Responsible for the smooth operation of the various sections in the Front Office Department and prepares job QUALIFICATIONs and methods for each employee in the Front Office Department;

- Updates group information. Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel;

- - - Prepare performance reports related to front office;

- Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other employees;

- Identifies employees with potential for promotion and/or transfer and makes appropriate development plans for him or her together with the Human Resources Department;

- Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a luxury guest experience;

- All other duties as directed by the Executive Assistant Manager/ General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Level of Education: Bachelor (Hospitality Management);

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English, additional foreign language is a plus;

- Referable to have Revenue Management experience/Yield Management experience;

- Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality;

- A minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury and upscale settings;

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills at all levels, socially articulate in a business sense;
