As a Night Duty Manager, you will oversee resort operations during the night shift, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and service excellence, along with the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function. Acting as the primary representative of hotel management overnight, you will coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and maintain smooth operational efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Front Office systems and hotel management software
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle guest situations with empathy and professionalism
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
