- Repair and maintenance of water pump, oil pumps, fan, motor.
- Repair and maintenance of Kitchen equipments
- Repair and maintenance of Housekeeping equipments
- Repair and maintenance of Laundry equipments
- To attend to all other mechanical repair and maintenance works
- To assist in the operation and maintenance of the boilers
- Perform any other duties assigned by Chief Engineer from time to time.

Education: A diploma or degree qualification. Ability to communicate in English
Experience: Experienced in air – con system, building maintenance
Other: Hardworking and enthusiastic personality
