Mô tả công việc

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual in Executive lounge.

• Answer any guest questions about the menu.

• Answer phone calls according to standard by using proper telephone etiquette and within three rings.

• Assist to ensure executive lounge/floor area is under smooth operation, including buffet set up, meeting room, business center, and special guest requests.

• Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
