Mô tả công việc

• Assists in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales and Marketing

• Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and their profiles

• Manages Sales and Marketing rank and file system

• Collects and follows up on Sales weekly, monthly sales call plan to be submit to Director of Sales and marketing

• Collects and follows up Sales summary sales call report or any other report which Director of Sales and Marketing has been assigned to Sales Person

• Records the statistics of Sales and Marketing manpower

• Submits production reports on for Director of Sales and Marketing for monthly operation report

• Assists Director of Sales and Marketing and Marketing Communication Manager on any additional assignment

• Makes sure that working station is well manager, neat and tidy with managed rank and file

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Fluent English speaking & writing

• Pro-active
