Thông tin cơ bản

Mô tả công việc

- Provide accurate verbal and written translation with staff/management/suppliers

- Update data on stock and cost control using Mango Bay POS system

- Make sales report on regular basis: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or when requested

- Monthly stock report: make comparison between accounting stock, physical stock and sales theoretical stock.

- Responsible for food hygiene, safety paperwork procedure of F&B department and set up training if requested

- Follow up paperwork between F&B department and purchasing and suppliers

- Maintain an efficient filing and trace system

- HR liaison on company policy between department and Human Resources Department

- Update weekly roster, claim overtime and maintain the department leave records for submission to Human Resources Department

- Perform HR related reports: new staff, leaving staff, sick leave, performance report, ...

- Other tasks assigned by superior

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good at English (4 skills)

• Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Confortable with understanding and analyzing data

• Ability to work on your own or in a team and create reports based on team discussion

• Ability to work under pressure with attention to details

• Proactive, take initiative, positive attitude

**Preferably, the candidate should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinction**

• Previous experience in similar role in hotel industry

• Minimum of one year experience in same role

• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations

• Knowledge of F&B Operations
