For Leisure:
- Develop a portfolio of Domestic and also Inbound Travel Agencies focusing primarily in the East Asian and European high-spending markets in order to position and sale MGallery stays as a unique destination with an average length of stay starting with 2-3 days.
- Work with the existing Yen Tu Destination and Novotel Ha Long Bay’s network of TAs to develop suitable products that yield high and regular utilization of MGallery as part of their high-end itineraries.
- Position this property as a high-end and unique product in all sales channels, not only portraying it as an MGallery but as a one of a kind destination for wellness and cultural/historical discovery of Vietnamese values for International visitors looking to experience this culture.
- Implement all of Accor’s MGallery By Sofitel sales standards, processes, procedures, reporting, utilization of sales systems, etc.
- Plan, along with the Cluster DOS and other Sales Managers, a yearly calendar of sales activities, focusing on the International leisure markets while observing seasonality in the various target regions to maximize bookings at best times possible during the year.
For Corp. & MICE:
- Develop a portfolio corporations and MICE organizers in order to position and sale MGallery stays as a unique destination with an average length of stay starting with 2-3 days.
- Work with the existing Yen Tu Destination and Novotel Ha Long Bay’s network of corporate accounts to develop suitable products that yield high and regular utilization of MGallery as part of their high-end corporate activities, be it for leisure or incentives as well as high-end team building.
- Position this property as a high-end and unique product in all sales channels, not only portraying it as an MGallery but as a one of a kind destination for wellness and cultural/historical discovery of Vietnamese values for visitors looking to experience this culture.
- Implement all of Accor’s MGallery By Sofitel sales standards, processes, procedures, reporting, yearly calendar of sales events, utilization of sales systems, etc.
For all Sales Managers, reporting requirements (weekly and monthly) on all sales performance are as follows:
- Total number of calls with details
- Source (region/nation) market statistics
- Current and past months activities
- Accounts production against targets
- Major business leads for that month and for the future
- Entertainment report
- Top production accounts
- Competitor information
- Source markets analysis

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field./ Bằng cử nhân trong lĩnh vực liên quan
2. At least 2 years of experience in a hotel and/or destination sales role/ Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm với vị trí bán hàng cho khách sạn hoặc bán hàng cho điểm đến.
3. Preferably having own contacts in the Buddhist organizations network/ Ưu tiên người có liên hệ kết nối với mạng lưới các tổ chức Phật giáo trong nước.
4. Preferably with a strong portfolio of international and domestic travel agencies/ Ưu tiên người có mối liên hệ tốt với các đơn vị lữ hành trong và ngoài nước.
5. Preferably with a portfolio of own contacts in the corporate sector/ Ưu tiên người có kết nối rộng trong lĩnh vực các doanh nghiệp/công ty.
6. Strong and very positive inter-personal and leadership skills/ Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, tương tác với mọi người tốt, tích cực.
7. Track record of team work excellence/ Theo dõi công việc của cả nhóm
8. Track record of sales performance by meeting and exceeding targets/ Theo dõi các hoạt động bán hàng thông qua việc đạt và vượt mục tiêu đề ra.
9. Must be creative, outgoing and presentable./ năng động, sáng tạo và ưa nhìn.
10. Must come from the hotel industry, preferably from global brands/ Đã làm ở ngành khách sạn, ưu tiên các thương hiệu toàn cầu.
