Mô tả công việc

To ensure that the entrance and nearby area clean and tidy, free of obstacles.
To support controlling guests traffic when they are crowded in the area.
To provide direction, information of services and products when required by guests.
To tag baggages it and return the identification slips to guests.
To retrieve, transport guest luggage and escorting them to their rooms
To accept luggage and parcels for safekeeping and ensure that at all times it is recorded properly.
To pre-check all group rooming lists for arrival and departure.
To be knowledgeable of VIP guests and repeat guests whenever possible addresses such guests by name.
To keep alert for guests entering and leaving the Hotel.

Education: High school graduation
