Mô tả công việc

1. Responsible for the overall supervision, planning, control, and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in the following areas: day/night guest activities, Kids Club, Beach Club, swimming pool, yoga, Tai Chi, etc.
2. Required to plan, organize, execute, control, innovate, and be creative in relation to daytime activities, sports activities, kids’ activities, games, and other activities in the resort.
3. Actively and successfully train staff to work according to the hotel’s standards.
4. Ensure all employees under your supervision are scheduled in accordance with activity needs.
5. Responsible for water sports activities related to safety in the swimming pool (lifeguards, etc.).
6. Control costs of all related activities, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.
7. Ensure all established standards of operation are implemented.
8. Responsible for all activities related to cleaning and maintaining the swimming pools of the resort and Beach Club, as well as cleaning and maintaining swimming pool areas and the beach (sunbeds, lounge chairs, and other furniture and equipment).
9. Responsible for attending the daily morning briefing with the General Manager.
10. Other tasks and duties will be discussed during the interview.

- Mức lương:  As per hotel policy

Yêu cầu công việc

• Years of experience: At least 3 years of experience in the same position in international hotels.
• Minimum position held: Assistant Recreation Manager in international 5-star hotels.
• Education: College/University; a university degree in Sports is an advantage.
• Language: Good communication skills in English.
• Required skills: Training skills, sports activity performance.
• Other requirements: Good organizational skills and teamwork.
