MAIN DUTIES:

The Bellboy will follow during the operations the instructions received by the (Chief) Concierge.

Working Area

The Bellboy will stand in the following areas:

- In front of the hotel door, outside to open the car doors & greet the arriving guests.

- In Front of the Metropole Lift

- At Opera Wing Lobby door

- At Metropole Lobby door (when there is no Door lady)

Front Door Operations

• To assist the door lady in opening the hotel doors for the guests.

Luggage Operations

• To coordinate with the Front Desk the room numbers and tag numbers to ensure that the correct numbers are collected.

• To keep the Store Rooms clean and organized.

Other Tasks

• To clean the trolleys used by the Concierge section to keep them clean and shiny at any time.

• The Bellboy will bring the messages to the guest rooms or sections/employees of the hotel.

Guest Services

The Bellboy will assist the guest in the lobby when he needs information and guide him/her to the right counter or person.

 Privacy: The Bellboy will be attentive to respect the privacy/confidentiality of the information, or guest names available. He will ensure not to transmit any guest name, or guest history information.
