Mô tả công việc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons.

·         Interact with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks

·         Assess bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.

·         Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.

·         Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

·         Plan drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.

·         Comply with all food and beverage regulations

·         Keep a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.

·         Place orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.

REQUIRED

·         GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MIXING, GARNISHING AND SERVING DRINKS.

·         SAKE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.

·         POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

·         ABILITIES TO KEEP THE BAR ORGANIZED, STOCKED AND CLEAN.

·         EYE FOR DETAIL AND UNDERSTANDING OF DRINK MIXING TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES.

·         ADEQUATE ENGLISH COMMUNICATION AND COMPUTER LITERATURE.
