Mô tả công việc

· To accomplish all the work such as painting, decoration, and graphic design for the purposes of the Marketing Section as well as other Departments in the Hotel.

· Responsible for the in-house point-of-sale materials such as monthly promotional posters, banners and leaflets derived from fact sheets of the respective F&B outlets, and ad-hoc announcement posters.

· Execute jobs from briefs in the form of Job Order, generated from Marcom Manager

· In the event that the Graphic Designer be briefed directly by any department personnel (in the absence of Marcom Manager), they would keep the manager informed. This is to ensure a smooth flow of work within the Marcom Team as deadlines must be drawn in respect to the urgency of each individual job.

· Work on the concept and execution for the design of any job.

· The copy text and relevant information will be provided by Marcom Manager concerned for any job.

· Liaise with Purchasing Department and suppliers for production when approval is obtained from all concerned parties for layout and copy

· Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit

· Co-ordinate generic IHG merchandise and hotel brand

· Co-ordinate hotel brand standards collateral

· Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate

· Organize in-house photoshoot and liaise with relating departments

· Assist with brand standards policing

· Work in line with business needs

· Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

· Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Skills –

· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

· Problem solving and organizational abilities.

· A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

· Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop CC, InDesign CC, Illustrator CC , Aftereffect CC, Premiere Pro…)

· Photography and video editing skills

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications –

· Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience –

· 2 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
