Mô tả công việc

• Supports the Executive Chef in the day to day operation at all levels in the main kitchen – including restaurant, room service, bar and banquet areas.

Hỗ trợ Bếp trưởng tất cả các hoạt động, kể cả nhà hàng, dịch vụ Room service, quầy bar và phòng tiệc.

• Assists the Executive Chef in the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure the highest quality at all times.

Hỗ trợ Bếp trưởng các hoạt động nhà bếp như ra món, chuẩn bị, trình bày món ăn ở mức độ hoàn hảo cao nhất.

• Responsible for the quality of all food prepared. Constantly check for taste and presentation. Informs Executive Chef immediately on bad products.

Chịu trách nhiệm các món ăn, luôn kiểm tra việc nêm nếm và trình bày món ăn. Báo cáo cho Bếp trưởng các sản phẩm không đạt chất lượng.

• Ensures a hand over is done to the next shift so that staff are fully aware of any special requests.
• Đảm bảo việc bàn giao cho để nhân viên ca tiếp theo biết các yêu cầu đặc biệt.

• Assists the Executive Chef in conducting formal on the job training sessions for kitchen employees.

Hỗ trợ Bếp trưởng huấn luyện, đào tạo nhân viên.

• Checks perishable food items received for quantity and quality standards.

Kiểm tra số lượng và chất lượng của hàng hoá khi nhận hàng theo tiêu chuẩn.

• Assists the Executive Chef with inspections of physical aspects of all kitchen areas, cold room and equipment

Hỗ trợ Bếp Trưởng trong vấn đề giám sát các hoạt động, tình trạng của khu vực bếp, phòng lạnh và trang thiết bị.

• Assumes the responsibilities of the Executive Chef in his / her absence.

Đảm trách các trách nhiệm của Bếp trưởng khi họ vắng mặt.

• Offers guidance, support and professional advice to junior staff.

Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ nhân viên bếp.

• Provides functional assistance and direction to the Kitchen operation as assigned.

Hỗ trợ các hoạt động nhà bếp và đưa ra các chỉ thị liên quan được phân công.

• Ensures optimum performance in all of the above assigned areas

• Ensures all food safety policies and hygiene practices are adhered to completely.
