Mô tả công việc

- Handling reservations/requirement from customers on phone as a booking/call center
- Giving answers to enquiries by clients and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations.
- Assisting customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking or operating self service equipment.
- Ensuring that clients have access to various services without a hitch.
- Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.
- Handling daily pricing & quotations to customers
- Making the daily, weekly and monthly related report

- Maintaining knowledge of special programs and events onboard in order to recognize and respond to guests’ needs in addition to provide information to clients, and to coordinate with related departments for all special events and information.

Yêu cầu công việc

University degree or equivalent business qualifications.

- Be proficient in Excel and Word

- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.

- Sense of urgency for goal achievement

- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

- Comfortable with regular data entry on a laptop computer

- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese

- Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline.
