Mô tả công việc

1. To prepare the Activity for guest use and ensuring set ups conform to the departmental standards

2. To carry out general maintenance to the related equipment as directed

3. To provide assistance to guest using activities and facilities, and to provide and instruction regarding all related activity and facilities matters including correct use of equipment

4. To ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service

5. To carry out specific activity programs as directed

6. Collects and delivers hotel linen as per hotel procedure

7. Helps maintain the outlet in top physical condition by reporting any engineering defects to supervisor

8. Handles customer complaints if possible, or report them to supervisor

9. Ensures safety standards are followed and adhered to

10. Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually

11. To help or participate with another activity or events

12. To participate and cooperate in social and cultural activities as required

13. To participate in decoration of installations, stage as required

14. To report any matters to supervisor

15. Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.

16. To help the reserve and Recreation Dept. in inventory matters in your section.

• Having experience as a pool host within an upscale brand or 5 star hotels

• Basic in English communication
